My name is Lauren and I am delighted to announce that I will be bringing Bloom Baby classes to South Leicestershire and Rutland from February 2022!
Back in 2011, I qualified as a teacher with a specialism in Early Years and as my career evolved I also developed an interest in supporting children with Special Educational Needs.
I became a brand new parent in 2016 when my first daughter came in to the world! Becoming a first time mum was a complete whirlwind and for me it wasn’t an easy journey. However, I found getting out of house and being around like-minded new mums was my saviour. Attending local baby groups and meeting up for (strong) coffees was just what me and my new born needed!
After my second daughter was born in 2019,I returned to the classroom part time but after 10 years of teaching, I decided my career was not giving me the work-life balance I was craving. I wanted to do something which gave me more time to spend with my family but also still allowed me to utilise my background and expertise in Early Years - then I found Bloom!
Whilst searching for a better work life balance and still having a rewarding career, I heard about opportunities with Bloom. After researching the business, speaking with the Bloom owner Victoria and liaising with other franchisees in the network - There was no doubt in my mind that this was something I wanted to be a part of!
The warm and friendly feel of all of the classes is what appealed the most to me.
The Bloom ethos is to ensure everyone feels welcome and even if you’re having “one of those days” - it’s okay. We’re in it together

Our award winning baby classes will be coming to Market Harborough, Kibworth and Lutterworth and the some of the surrounding villages - see you all there!

Our sessions are packed full of back to back activities to encourage baby's physical, emotional, cognitive and social development so your little one is constantly learning throughout the session. We explain the research and science behind each activity we do so that you understand exactly why we do it and what the benefits are for you and baby.
🐛 Caterpillar Club (6 weeks to 6 months)
A gentle baby development class with a focus on encouraging bonding with your little one. Our Caterpillar class awakens baby's first senses and stimulates in a fun, yet soothing way, using bubbles, parachutes, lights, songs, pompoms, tummy time and baby development moves, ending the class with a relaxing massage for baby to help them drift into a long nap.
🐝 Busy Bees (6 months to 15 months or until confidently walking)
A fun, lively musical baby development class encouraging fine and gross motor skills, body awareness, early language acquisition, rhythm and tempo. Building on from the gentle activities of Caterpillar Club this session uses instruments, dancing, clicking sticks, Makaton and more to bring on your baby's all round development. Please note classes are NOT suitable for proficient walkers.
With a different theme each session to explore, no week is the same! All set to our unique Bloom soundtrack 🎶
