Hi, I'm Sarah and I'm the proud owner of Bloom Harrogate. I am a qualified Early Years Teacher and have taught children with Special Education Needs in Special Schools for almost 8 years.
I first discovered Bloom in April 2020 when, like lots of people, lockdown made me question my work/life balance. Since then, I have moved to Harrogate with my Husband and dreamt of opening my own Bloom Baby franchise.
This opportunity allows me to continue working with wonderful families and doing what I love most, whilst looking after my own.
I am so excited to meet you all and see your little ones bloom in our nurturing, multi-sensory, award winning classes.
I will be running classes in Bilton, Pannal, Harrogate and Knaresborough.
Our sessions are packed full of back to back activities to encourage baby's physical, emotional, cognitive and social development so your little one is constantly learning throughout the session. We explain the research and science behind each activity we do so that you understand exactly why we do it and what the benefits are for you and baby.
🐛 Caterpillar Club (6 weeks to 6 months)
A gentle baby development class with a focus on encouraging bonding with your little one. Our Caterpillar class awakens baby's first senses and stimulates in a fun, yet soothing way, using bubbles, parachutes, lights, songs, pompoms, tummy time and baby development moves, ending the class with a relaxing massage for baby to help them drift into a long nap.
🐝 Busy Bees (6 months to 15 months or until confidently walking)
A fun, lively musical baby development class encouraging fine and gross motor skills, body awareness, early language acquisition, rhythm and tempo. Building on from the gentle activities of Caterpillar Club this session uses instruments, dancing, clicking sticks, Makaton and more to bring on your baby's all round development. Please note classes are NOT suitable for proficient walkers.
With a different theme each session to explore, no week is the same! All set to our unique Bloom soundtrack 🎶
