Hi! My name is Lizzie and I'm thrilled I'll be running the Bloom West Manchester classes. I have two gorgeous boys, Joshua who is 5 and has just started school and Sebastian who is just a couple of weeks away from his first birthday (time flies)!
My priorities really changed after having children and so, striving for a better work-life balance and more quality time with my family, I walked away from the 65 hours a week teaching career, that I had once loved. When I heard about the opportunities with Bloom I knew I had found something special. I had happily taken both my boys to baby classes because it was so amazing to watch them enjoying all the new and stimulating activities. The Bloom classes were so friendly and welcoming, I knew it was something I wanted to be a part of.
All classes are currently paused in accordance with current Public Health England guidance & the national lockdown but are set to resume w/c 20th April. The April/May term will run from w/c 20th April - w/e 28th May. The June/July term will run from w/c 15th June - w/e 22nd July (except for Prestwich, where classes will resume on 23rd June, government roadmap allowing). From the June/July term onwards, there will no longer be any classes in Worsley, on a Friday.
If your preferred class/es are full, or if you wish to get on the waiting list for the following term, please join the waiting list/s by clicking on the green ‘Join Waiting List’ button and you will be kept informed of future vacancies and/or priority booking opportunities. Please note that the waiting lists are extracted and managed offline so the ranking (i.e 1st, 2nd, 3rd) is not accurate.
Please also note that unfortunately none of the classes before 21st June 2021 are suitable for active crawlers/toddlers/walkers (due to social distancing) and parents/carers will be expected to keep baby on their mat with them at all times. Your patience & understanding at this unprecedented time is greatly appreciated.

🐛Caterpillar Club for babies from 6 weeks to 6 months.
A gentle baby development class encouraging bonding. Our Caterpillar class awakens baby's first senses and stimulates in a fun, yet soothing way, using music, sensory props and sensory lights. These encourage gross motor skills and body awareness. There is also a different fun theme every week. We end the class teaching baby massage to leave baby ready for a long nap.
🐝Busy Bees for babies from 6 months to 14 months - Unfortunately until 21st June 2021, this class is NOT suitable for active crawlers or toddlers (due to current Government and Public Health England COVID-19 social distancing guidelines). Parents/carers will be expected to keep babies with them, on their allocated mat, for the whole class.
A fun, musical baby development class encouraging fine and gross motor skills and body awareness. There are also lots of fun sensory props, sensory lights and heuristic play items to explore at theme time. There is a different fun theme every week & Makaton signing.
