I’m Sara, mum to my 2 beautiful girls Amelia & Poppy and owner of Bloom Maidenhead & Windsor and Bloom Reading North.
I started my Bloom journey as a mum attending classes at the start of 2021 and then in December 2021 I launched my own classes across North Reading and Henley. Classes will soon be coming to Maidenhead and Windsor at the end of 2022!
I love everything about Bloom – the equipment, the ethos, the themes and the music. Classes have the wow factor from the minute you walk in.
At my classes you will expect to find a very welcoming environment, a safe space for you to meet like minded parents and a chance for you to relax and enjoy some bonding time with your baby. There is no pressure, if you’re running late – it doesn’t matter, if you don’t want to join in on an activity or just want to sit back and watch, then that is fine, just do whatever feels comfortable at the time.

Our sessions are packed full of back to back activities to encourage baby's physical, emotional, cognitive and social development so your little one is constantly learning throughout the session. We explain the research and science behind each activity we do so that you understand exactly why we do it and what the benefits are for you and baby.
🐛 Caterpillar Club (6 weeks to 6 months)
A gentle baby development class with a focus on encouraging bonding with your little one. Our Caterpillar class awakens baby's first senses and stimulates in a fun, yet soothing way, using bubbles, parachutes, lights, songs, pompoms, tummy time and baby development moves, ending the class with a relaxing massage for baby to help them drift into a long nap.
🐝 Busy Bees (6 months to 15 months or until confidently walking)
A fun, lively musical baby development class encouraging fine and gross motor skills, body awareness, early language acquisition, rhythm and tempo. Building on from the gentle activities of Caterpillar Club this session uses instruments, dancing, clicking sticks, Makaton and more to bring on your baby's all round development. Please note classes are NOT suitable for proficient walkers.
With a different theme each session to explore, no week is the same! All set to our unique Bloom soundtrack 🎶
